Luisa wants to convey the knowledge, tips and tricks she has acquired to her community in a clear and concise way. Luisa is 28 years old and comes from G\u00f6ttingen. Her great passion is strength training, where she invests a lot of time every day and shares it with her community on her Instagram channel @lu_coaching. Of course, a healthy diet is also part of her everyday sport. The online shop offers various training aids. We supported them mainly with the physical products and took over the logistical processing for them. \r\nIn addition to the physical products, various digital products are also offered, such as many different guides.
